Broadcast Short Film
This project for live broadcast at the 2024 Australian Museum Eureka Awards delves into a ground-breaking research initiative, where a dedicated group of scientists have spent the last 20 years studying Antarctic ice sheets through the innovative use of octopus DNA. This film not only emphasizes the scientific rigor and dedication behind the project but also aims to engage and educate a broad audience about the fascinating intersections of marine biology and climate science.
In collaboration with James Cook University, CSIRO, Antarctic Research Centre, Victoria University of Wellington, and the Australian Government's Australian Research Council, we crafted a visually stunning and informative piece that highlights the significance and impact of this long-term research.
